Tracy Rayl

Tracy Rayl has been a cornerstone of the Medicare Made Simple team for over a decade.  As Jay's trusted wife and partner, Tracy ensures that the behind the scenes operations of MMS run smoothly, efficiently, and with the attention to detail that clients and agents depend on.

Tracy handles a wide range of data entry and administrative responsibilities — from helping maintaining accurate client records, running prescription drug and doctor checks, updating notes and files in MMS's Client Management System. Her precision and reliability are essential to keeping MMS operating at the high standard the agency is known for.

Before bringing her talents to the Medicare space, Tracy spend years as a teacher. Today, she seamlessly translates those finely-tuned organizational, communication, and writing skills into her administrative role.  Her background in education gives her a unique edge; an innate ability to manage complex, schedules, explain details clearly, keep people on track and approach every task with a high level of empathy and structure. While Tracy works largely behind the scenes, her contributions are felt in every interaction clients have with Medicare Made Simple.
